Helionics provides a neutral trust layer for regulated supply chains, offering EventChain™-backed data immutability and regulatory-grade transparency solutions. Our services include:

• Supply chain data verification and attestation services
• EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) compliance infrastructure
• Cross-platform data integration and validation

User Responsibilities

Users of Helionics services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized data

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Helionics services remain the exclusive property of Helionics. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our services in accordance with these terms. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Helionics provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helionics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
