A valve's record lives across the quote thread, the ITP, mill certificates, NDT and pressure-test reports, and a final MRB compiled by hand. A trim deviation agreed by email at quote stage, F316 to duplex for sour service, goes missing by delivery. The MRB takes six to eight weeks. The invoice waits behind it.
Helios reads the quote, the ITP, the EN 10204 3.1 certificates, the NDT and hydrostatic records, and the API 6D documentation.
